Intake of Dr. Darco Creatine-Booster is recommended for up to 5-6 months and then a break of one month before starting a new period. During every physical activity, energy is consumed that is stored in the muscle cells in the form of ATP. When ATP is used up, the muscle can’t take it anymore, but gives up and you get problems with lactic acid and stamina. Creatine provides a reserve of energy (ATP) in the muscle cells that the muscle uses when the supply of the body’s own ATP is exhausted.
